Individual & Group Therapy

We offer both in-person and virtual individual therapy and group therapy. Our in-person individual therapy and group sessions on select days in Frederick, MD. Our virtual sessions are held via our HIPAA compliant telehealth platform, Sessions Health for individuals residing in:

  • Maryland

  • Washington DC

  • South Carolina

  • Tennessee

  • Louisiana

  • Illinois

We are in-network with most major insurance companies, including:

  • Aetna

  • BCBS

  • CareFirst

  • Cigna and Evernorth

  • United Health Care

  • Maryland Medicaid

The Waiting Room: Fertility Support Circle

Come join us for our FREE, in-person support group, located at The Sophia Center in Frederick, MD, that is a gentle, supportive space for individuals navigating infertility, trying to conceive, pregnancy loss, IVF, and the emotional weight of waiting.

The ADHD Mom Calm Corner

Come join us for our FREE, in-person support group located at The Sophia Center in Frederick, MD, designed for moms with ADHD or other neurodivergence. Learn simple tools, make calming, hands-on creations, and connect with moms who really get it.
