Meghan Matthews, LCSW-C, LCSW, PMH-C
I’m Meghan Matthews, LCSW-C, LICSW, PMH-C, and I believe therapy should be a space where you feel comfortable, understood, and empowered. My approach is tailored to your unique needs, blending Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness techniques, and other evidence-based methods. I take an analytical approach, helping you gain deeper insight into your thoughts and behaviors while identifying opportunities for growth and change. With specialized training in perinatal mental health, I particularly enjoy supporting women through all stages of life, including those experiencing perinatal anxiety. I also have a passion for working with the LGBTQ+ community and helping clients navigate relationship challenges. My practice is poly and kink friendly, providing a judgment-free space where you can explore and grow.
